either ebay or a Local computer store. I wouldn't go big stores like Bestbuy or CompUSA, but a smaller computer business. Those usually work out fairly well.
eBay would be the first place to check. Also check liquidation websites. Even though liquidation sites generally have non-working computers, you might strike it good and get a good deal on working computers.
