How do you put two computers togther to share internet?

Have two new computers, DSL, lost the paperwork on how to connect them together to both be on DSL. There is one place left on modem that says USB,not sure if I need that. Do just the towers need to be connected together? I'm new to all this. Please email me with instructions or a resourse where I can find information if this space is too small. Thanks ahead of time!

Get yourself a router. The internet cable goes into the router and the router feeds to up to 8 computers. You can get either wireless or hard-wired which you need a lot of ethernet cable for depending on how far apart the computers are.
Either by using a DSL Router or by enabling Internet Connection Sharing.
