Yes... take it apart and sell it part by part on eBay. Make sure that the parts are working else you may have to list them as-is which isn't very good marketing wise.
yes but it depends what era theyre from. and what exactly is wrong with them. but yes, you could part out of the comps for a small amount of money.

yea you can sale them for parts....just put them on craigslist.org and sale the parts that are good for a cheap price so that way you can make some money out of it or make a good computer out of all of them and sell it on there......
Depends on why they don't work anymore. There's a lot of good parts in a tower. Just because it doesn't work does not usually mean that the entire tower is worthless.

Possible good parts: Fans, SATA wires, ribbons, cpu, chips, memory sticks, etc.
yes im sure there is but if your selling something that doesnt work then you need to add that fact in your add other wise you are going to have an angry buyer. take them to a used place because then at least they may be able to take it apart and use the poarts to rebuild a new one for themselves
