I assume that you mean the picture in the background when you first log on to the computer.



You need to find the graphic (usually a BMP graphic) with that image, and replace it with your picture of choice. You'll need to make sure that it's a BMP file with the exact same name as the original.



So, where do you find that image? In the C:\Windows folder, or one of the many subfolders beneath the Windows folder.



Do a search for all BMPs (*.BMP) from the Windows folder, open them up, and see which picture is the background for the login screen. Replace that picture with the one you want.
