How do I network both my computers to view the same documents?

I opened a new business and there are 2 computers on a wireless router. I need both to be able to view the same info. Money is getting tight and I'd like to try to do this myself. Please help!

use a cable called a cross over ethernet cable and reconfigure the ip address on both using the last number as 1 and 2 on the other machine and then change the computer name so both are using the same name that should work fine

If its some document files then make a folder in 1 computer where you can save all you business files and then share that folder so you can view in any computer you connect with/
