How do I update my Active Directory users and computers snapin so it can see exchange attributes?

After installing exchange... my exchange server now has a different Active Directory users and computers snapin that allows me to see the exchange attributes (exchange advanced, email addresses etc.)

how can I get this "improved" AD users and computer snapin to run on my other domain controllers so my other DC's can see my exchange attributes too??

You need to install the Microsoft Exchange System Management tools on your DC or other server that you're trying to see these attributes in. See MS's article on doing that below.
