How can i connect two computers via modems without the internet and the LAN cards?

how can i connect two computers via modems without the internet and the LAN cards.i mean, if 1of them is some how made an fake ISP server acting as isp for the 2nd 1,and the 2nd 1 act as a client,dialing with modem to the modem of fake isp server.

On Computer A:

Go to Control Panel \ Network Connections

Create a New Connection

Set up and Advanced Connection

Accept incoming connections

Select your modem

Select users to allow to connect.

Get 2 phone lines.

Hook up each computer to a phone line.

On Computer B:

Go to Control Panel \ Network Connections

Create a New Connection

Connect to the Internet

Connect using a dial-up modem

For ISP Name, put anything you want

Put Computer A's phone number

Put the username and password for Computer A (that you selected on Computer A when you set it up)

On Computer B:

Go to Control Panel \ Network Connections

Double click the connection you just created.

You're now connected.
