I am trying to load flight sim on two computers with having to buy only one disc set

did you buy it yet? should be no problem except you need a disc in to run the program. There are "no cd" cracks out there (not that I would advocate doing so!)
As a side note: Microsoft promises msfsX due out in OCT.
I would wait for the new version..
